Poker Bots (and how to get your’s FREE!)

Free Poker BotI’m sure you guys know all about poker bots. I’ve talked about them several times, one of my recent articles being one of them, but have you really encountered a poker bot while playing online? More so, have you actually tried using one?

Poker bots are everywhere, you might as well admit that. And more than simply playing online poker for the fun of it, who would not want to be able to play online poker and win big – all the time? That’s every poker player’s dream, isn’t it? Though we’d always want to win due solely to our poker skills, the sad truth is that the online poker field is uneven as can be. Other people are using poker bots and beating your butt all the time. Why let them continue doing so when you can do something about it? Level the playing field by trying out a poker bot or two. Then, you’ll almost certainly feel the difference!

One of the most reliable (and hottest!) poker bots around today is actually our own Free Poker Bot. Of course, this poker bot relies heavily on excellent programming and what sets it apart from all the other poker bots out there is that the programming behind it is more than excellent – it’s very, very smart! Years of experience and research have been put into the making of this software. As a result, our free poker bot is perhaps the smartest poker bot you’ll find anywhere.

With a very high level of artificial intelligence, our bot is sure to make the right move at the perfect time. In short, all the possibilities in a single poker game have been incorporated into the programming. As such, it will be sure to give you an unfair advantage every time you play.

More than having the highest level of artificial intelligence there is, this poker bot gives you, the player, a lot of flexibility when playing online poker too. Of course, you want to win, but if you’re a very passionate poker player like me, you’ll still want to get your hands into the game and not just leave it to the poker bot to do all the work – and have the fun as well. Am I right? If so, this is the poker bot for you. It gives you the option of playing in semi-automatic mode, as opposed to fully automatic, so this way you can still play your good hands yourself whenever you want to.

Perhaps the best thing about our poker bot is that our programmers guarantee that you will not be detected by ANY of the online poker rooms. How so? As smart as this poker bot is, it constantly changes its playing style without compromising its overall winnings. Little things like decision time and click times don’t remain the same. In fact, our bot plays just like a human would except for the fact that its moves are more accurate and timelier. This way, the bot detectors won’t be able to track it as no trail is left behind.

So if you’re considering a poker bot, you should try out our Free Poker Bot.

I’ve tested them all and you won’t regret the decision, I promise you!

Wow, this is cool Paul. I’m only playing in semi-auto mode but I’ve got it covering 3 tables at once and it just pings me when I’ve got a hand worth playing, it folds the rest. What a timesaver!

What are your plans for developing it? Do you have any new features in mind?

    Cheers,

    Mike

    • Paul Graham says:

      Hi Mike,

Glad you like it – I’ve been using the semi-auto mode on Full Tilt today too and it is very handy!

I’m not a programmer, or directly involved in the development, but I’ve been aware of the software for a couple of years and it’s improved no end in that time. The first version was 1.0 and we’re now up to 3.3 so there’s been a lot of adjustments made to it over the last 2-3 years.

If there is a particular feature you would like to see please let me know and I’ll pass it on. That goes for anyone else reading this too.

      Thanks,

      ~ Paul

I’ve downloaded your free poker bot and tried as instructed by you at the suggested poker site William Hill. Let me say that the program is very good and does work very well but only in play money games not or real money games.
The problem I experienced is that the bot works as it should on play money games, but when on real money games it just folds all cards regardless of being KK AA AK it just folds all. I was wondering if I’ve been detected by Williams hill software and thus this result or if I’m missing something or doing it wrong. Would please help me in this concern so I can use the bot in real money tables and not just on play money?

        • Paul Graham says:

          Hi Gabriel,

The reason won’t be because you’ve been detected by the poker room. It’s strange that it’s working fine on the play money games and not real money though.

I’ve got your email about this too, so will ask the programmer if he has any suggestions and come back to you about it.

          ~ Paul

          • Gabriel says:

Thanks. Perhaps some further information if it can help, I noticed that in play money the bot asks me to sit on a table and wait 2 hands and then it starts normally and plays well. On real money it does not wait 2 hands and starts straight way and folds all, or if it waits for 2 hands won’t start after it and will always have the message to wait for 2 hands even after there’s been 10 or over hands played. That does not happen on play money mode.
Anyway will wait for a reply. Thanks Paul.

            Gabriel

            Hi Guys,

Just downloaded this bot and tried it with play money and it works great! I found that with Real money it always folded.

To get around this (i was using VIsta) I installed Windows XP Pro and it works! Also tried using Windows 7 and got same problem with real money.

            Hope this helps anyone.

            Jon

      • kev says:

        hi paul
i have accounts with various poker sites but not william hill how can i get the bot to work in another site??

        thanks

        • Paul Graham says:

The last version had five poker rooms Kev, this one only has two – they mix them up every month or so to ensure that there aren’t too many people using them on a single site. You’ve really got to run with what’s available in the current version, which is what I do too.

hi i have tried to download your bot by clicking the link but it just sends me to another page no down load options appear also is it usable on poker stars

  2. Hogan says:

Would you make a Mac version?

    • Paul Graham says:

I don’t think there any plans to make a Mac version Hogan, but I know a couple of people have tried it with one of those PC simulators on a Mac and it worked fine. I couldn’t tell you for sure which program they used though.

      ~ Paul

      • Paul Graham says:

I checked this Hogan and one guy told me that he uses…

        http://www.codeweavers.com/products/cxmac/download_trial/

It appears that it only works on machines with a specific operating system, but I just Googled “run pc programs on a mac” and there are other applications that do it too. Most have free trials available, so it shouldn’t cost anything to check it.

        ~ Paul

        • Hogan says:

thanks, I run parallels desktop, muh better than most…
still annoying at times, especially all my fav programs run on windows only…
so I end up playing poker and encoding videos… ah well…

          Thanks anyways

  3. pd says:

HI what if you already have site installed?

    • Paul Graham says:

If that’s the case it will prompt you to download another. They tend to mix and match the sites that are available in each version, with new ones being added regularly.

      ~ Paul

  4. darren says:

i have down loaded the poker bot, but cant seem to get it to work.. it recongnises the table but says sit down and wit for 2 games, but nothin happens then?? am id oing somthing wrong?

    • Paul Graham says:

Could you email me and let me know the site you’re playing at and your operating system Darren? There’s a contact link in the top menu under the “about” tab.

      ~ Paul

      • darren says:

hi im playing on william hill as required.. says sit down and wait 2 games.. even after 10 hands it still says the same.. internet explorer 7 im using

        thanks darren

        • Paul Graham says:

Darren, when you open a table please go into the options section for the chat box and check that “player actions” is ticked. I suspect that could be the problem (and possibly the same one as Gabriel had too).

With some of the sites it’s set up so that this is selected automatically, but you might need to do it manually with WilliamHill.

          ~ Paul

          • darren says:

thanks for fast reply but still not working sorry.. dont know what else to try

          • Gabriel says:

I checked and player actions were already ticked only summary wasn’t but even if still not working as well. What intrigues me the most is that on play money works a charm… very strange. Hopefully we will find what is causing this bug.

  5. Paul Graham says:

I’ve hit the limit on the replies in that thread there. Erm, what I’ll need to do is ask the programmer about it and see if he’s aware of anything. I’ve had a similar problem with previous versions in the past, but not for a while now, although I play at Full Tilt most of the time and it’s maybe different.

It is strange that you’ve got it running fine in play mode Gabriel and it’s not working on live games. This is the first time I’ve come across that, so it’s probably something blindingly obvious that I’m missing :)

I’ll ask anyway and will get back to you both as soon as possible…

    ~ Paul

    • Hogan says:

      Hey,

I’m having the same problems, on FullTilt. I run another poker bot which will remain nameless…
The chat option you suggest doesn’t work… I haven’t tried on play money though…
I am a developer so I can provide specifics…. for example
I run on a Mac 10.5 latest, with 2 gb of ram, intel core 2 duo…
Running Parallels Desktop to run WinXP Pro in single core mode
with 512 mbs of ram, latest updates, IE 8, and a full complement of Microsoft programming software…
and while the bot is running it will say FullTilt Points left : x.xx
and let’s kick ass, but doesn’t actually play or show any stats at all…
seems like a failure is the FTP API coding to me…

      • Paul Graham says:

I’ll pass this message on too Hogan. I don’t know very much at all about software and so on, so I won’t be much help I’m afraid. It does work fine on Full Tilt on my machine, that’s running Vista and I can use it on my laptop too and it’s got XP. Is there any chance it could be your firewall that’s blocking it? Or one of these programs like Zone Alarm or Norton where you need to grant programs that access the Internet permission? Just a thought.

        ~ Paul

  6. Gabriel says:

    Thanks Paul.

  7. pd says:

I download and install poker site but still not work.

Does it look for the poker site software in a specific directory?

    • Paul Graham says:

No, you don’t need to install it in a specific directory PD. The default one should be fine. Could you please email me using the contact link under the “about” tab in the top menu with more details of the error messages, or whatever, and I’ll look into it for you. Thanks!

      ~ Paul

  8. Jo says:

    Hi,

I’ve done as instructed, installed the bot and william Hill poker, but it says to wait for 2 games all the time and it doesnt change, neither with play money nor with real money games. I’ve also checked the “player actions” button… nothing will work.
and i can only choose william hill as a poker site, full tilt is not shown as an option

  9. Gabriel says:

I was wondering why on Full Tilt the poker bot requests that a player has 100 points in order to unlock the software?

  10. Anth says:

Hi. I have the bot and no problems at all its working great but the problem i have is finding good settings. Im wanting it to play on auto mode not semi mode cos i dont have time to play but im trying out different settings and it keeps losing. I had an older version and it won for me quite a bit but cant get this one right. Does anyone have good settings for it or know where i can get any?

    Thanks.

  11. Benjie says:

    Hi!

I’ve got the same problem. Smoke detects that I’m playing on Full Tilt, but it just tells me to wait two games… and I wait… and I wait… I’ve set up the chat with players actions, I’ve installed the english version, I’ve set up my keyboard in english… what else can I do? I’m on Windows seven, and smoke doesn’t work in real nor in play money… Thank you for your help.

  12. Philip Catling says:

Hi, I have downloaded the smokepokerbot, I have also looked at all the other comments, at vthe moment I can currently play on the WILLIAMHILL POKER CLUB SITE, using 0.10/0.20 LIMIT TEXAS HOLDEM tables. anything below that and it does not work properly. I have also found that you must turn off your firewall and screen saver off with a blue desktop,
I turned the bot on at midnight Saturday 2nd Jan,2010 with a balance of $25.00 and ran it while I was asleep, got up at 6.30am,

NEW BALANCE $48,25 PROFIT OF $23.25
    POKER POINTS INCREASED BY 202

I hope this is of help to you all,

  13. james w says:
