In Internet Explorer please select “Run” when the dialogue box appears and follow the onscreen instructions to install the software to your computer. In other browsers please select “Save” and save the application to a handy location like your desktop.
If you chose to save the file, please go to the folder you saved it to, double-click on the file and then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software to your computer.
2. Select Your Poker Room
After installing the software you should see an icon like the one to the right on your desktop and if you double-click on this icon the poker bot will launch automatically.
The first screen you will see when the software starts up is the one below. This screen prompts you to select one of the active poker rooms, which we update regularly.
Select a poker room to play at and the next screen you see will be the one below. Follow the instructions to download the poker room and ensure that you install the “English” version.
After downloading and installing your chosen poker room, the poker bot will ask you to open a “Limit Texas Hold’em” table. As soon as you do this it will instantly recognise that a poker table is open, attach itself to your table and then start the hand recognition process.
Please note that each individual poker room works slightly differently, so you should follow the onscreen instructions from this point on and you’ll quickly see how easy it is to operate and how effective it is at playing solid poker with virtually no human intervention.
3. Choose Your Game Play
The “Settings” menu in the poker bot is where you can tell it how you would like your games to be played. It allows you to configure the bot to your own playing preferences and select whether you would like the software to play all of your hands for you (fully automatic mode) or whether you would like to play the premium hands yourself (semi-automatic mode).
If you’re new to poker and don’t understand the terminology in this section, here is a quick guide to the poker terms that are used in the settings panel…
Loose: A player who plays a lot hands. A loose game is one where there is plenty of action and you’ll be involved in a lot of hands.
Tight: A player who doesn’t play many hands. A tight game is one that doesn’t have much action and you’ll only play premium hands.
Passive: A player who is reluctant to bet or raise. Playing passively means that you’ll normally check or call your opponents’ bets.
Aggressive: This describes a player who raises and re-raises and rarely calls. This is not the same thing as loose play, because most of the top players are selective about the cards they play (mainly playing premium hands) but aggressive once they get involved in a hand.
Check-Raise: A check-raise is just what it sounds like: a raise after you have already checked within a betting round. Check-raises can be used to trap a player who (for example) would have folded to a single bet, but who will open up and bet if it is checked to them.
Semi-Auto (Preflop Fold Mode): This option allows you to play multiple tables at one time and the software will fold your bad pre-flop hands for you on autopilot and then leave it to you to make your post-flop moves in the best possible way.
Of course, you can comfortably operate the software with the default settings provided, but if you’re an experienced player then you can maximize your earning potential by varying your game (in the same way you would manually) using the options in the settings menu.
